CM Mahila Rojgar Yojana 2025: Bihar Government is continuously taking big steps to make women financially strong. Under the Chief Minister Mahila Rozgar Yojana on 28th November (Friday), an amount of Rs. 10000 has been transferred to bank accounts of 10 lakh women. Financial support is becoming a major source of strength for lakhs of women across the state.
How many women will get the benefit?
Under this scheme, a total of 9.5 lakh women from rural areas and 50000 women from urban areas will receive the benefit. All these women are connected with Jeevika groups. Till now, the Bihar Government has already transferred Rs. 10,000 each to 1 crore 40 lakh women under this scheme. The remaining eligible women will receive the amount today , Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will transferred Rs. 1000 crore at 11:30 AM today.
New members will also get the benefit
Earlier, this scheme was only for women who were already connected with the Jeevika groups. But now the government has expanded the scope and decided to give the benefit to newly joined members as well.
- Around 13 lakh women have applied online.
- Their applications are currently under verification.
- Once the verification is completed, these women will also receive Rs. 10,000 each.

How to check Mahila Rozgar Yojana Status 2025 ?
- First, visit the official website https://mmry.brlps.in/ of the Mahila Rojgar Yojana.
- Click on the link available for the scheme status or list.
- Mahila Rojgar Yojana portal will open on your screen.
- On the homepage, click on Member List / Beneficiary List / Check Jeevika List.
- Now select your District , Tehsil , Block , Gram Panchayat , Village.
- After selecting, the district-wise list will appear.
- Check your name in the SHG list.
- If your name is available, you will receive the next installment.

How to apply for this scheme?
Applications for this scheme are being accepted in two ways.
For urban women – Online application
Fill the online form using a mobile or computer.
The application is available on the government’s official website.
For rural women – Offline application
Contact your nearest Jeevika group didi office.
Fill the form at the Jeevika centre at the panchayat level.
After verification, the amount is directly transferred to the bank account.
