UP Outsourcing Employee Salary Chart: Contract Employees to Receive Pay Equal to Government Jobs

UP Outsourcing Employee Salary Chart: Good news for outsourced employees in Uttar Pradesh. Government has recently released the UP Outsourced Employee Salary Chart, which will now end the uncertainty regarding their salary and future. Under new system, employees have been divided into 4 categories based on their qualification, experience and nature of work. Each category has a fixed minimum salary.

New Salary Chart , Four Categories Announced

As per new salary system, outsourced employees will get salaries according to four different grades

First Class

Employees with higher qualifications and those working in administrative or technical roles will get a salary between ₹40000 to ₹45000.

Second Class

The minimum salary for this group has been fixed at ₹25000.

Third Class

These employees will now receive a minimum salary of ₹22,000.

Fourth Class

Workers such as Cleaners, Peon and Other Forth Class employee , who earlier had no fixed salary—will now get ₹20000 per month.

This new system ensures that no employee will work on uncertain or arbitrary wages. Everyone will receive a transparent and fixed salary according to their role and qualification.

Transparent Salary Payment System

Under new rules, salary of all outsourced employees will be transferred directly to their bank accounts. This will remove delays in salary distribution and make the entire process more transparent.

Pension Benefits for Job Security

For first time, the government has taken a strong step to secure the future of outsourced employees. Any employee who completes 10 years of continuous service will receive pension benefits after retirement. The pension amount will range from ₹1000 to ₹7500, depending on their post and years of service.

Salary on Time Every Month

New system also ensures that salaries will be paid between the 1st and 4th of every month. Earlier, many employees had to wait for weeks or even months, causing financial stress. Now, timely payments will bring stability to the lives of the workers and their families.
